TARIFF:
- APRIL / MAY / JUNE / SEPTEMBER 250 EUROS THE WEEK
- VACATIONS OF EASTER / CHRISTMAS - DAY OF THE YEAR 350 EUROS THE WEEK
- JULY - AUGUST 450 EUROS THE WEEK
Outside these periods:
- 100 euros the weekend
- 125 euros the weekend of feast (3 days)
Consumptions Water + Electricity are included in the tariff.
Non repayable deposit 50% to the booking, the balance one month before the beginning of the renting.
The booking is only efficient after remittance of the deposit and signature of the renting contract.
A check of guaranty (amount: 50% of the booking) will be asked you to the delivery of the keys and will be restored to you at the end of stay next an inventory.
